This Irish anam cara necklace represents one's soul friend, & given to the person with whom one can share one's innermost thoughts and feelings. Just wanted to let you know how delighted I am to have discovered your store & to have had the pleasure of shopping with you.
When I first placed my order, there was a mix-up with payment. I spoke w/a rep the day after & he was so very helpful & understanding. Then, a week later a rep called to check on order. Happily, the credit card situation was resolved so I was able to (re)place the order via phone, with another very pleasant agent. This was on Fri., 12/11 & the items (2 "Anam Cara" pendants) arrived today, Mon., 12/14. And they are beautiful! They're gifts for 2 friends whom I am celebrating with this coming Wednesday, so now the anxiety about presents not arriving on time has been alleviated.
I look forward to shopping with you again & will surely recommend your wonderful store to family & friends.

Pros: Love the pendent part of the necklace, and like that it came with a description.
Cons: Shame on whoever packed this necklace because it had not one, but two knots in the chain! 20 min later and I still havent gotten the second one undone. The chain itself is very flimsy, very cheap, and very short. I am a small female and its a choker on me! The only reason I am not returning it is because I've run out of time, and need a gift for my friends graduation. I'm going to have to buy a new chain as this one is embarrasingly chinsy and short. Not worth the money!
