migth not work and we value our relationship with you.
We guarantee your purchase and that the quality of our
merchandies will meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not delighted with
your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days for a complete refund (less
shipping charges).
Every effort is made in certifying your jewelry is
mailed in immpeccable condition. If however, an item is damaged in route to you,
please call our customer service department at 1800-269-4637. We would be more
than happy to assist you with a replacement (if available) or a credit (if
necessary). Plesae remember all of our packages ship out insured so your
shipment is covered against theft, loss or damage.
All purchases made today
through December 31, 2005 may be returned to us as late as February 1, 2006.
Item must be in original unused contition to qualify fo the extended
return. our package. The U.S. Post Office offers
delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, you may consider insuring your
return. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend
you use a carrier such as FedEx or DHL that provides tracking information.
