What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal & GiveAnything.com. All online orders are processed with standard SSL Security Encription. You can also mail a check or money order to the address below but please note items are not shipped until your check or money order clears (usually 5 business days).

Are your items genuine?
Yes, all of our items are genuine. Our gold is either solid 14k, 18k, or 22 karat. Our gold is not layered in any way (unless noted). All of our diamonds & gemstones are genuine stones unless noted differently on the specific item. We offer only the highest quality jewelry.

How long will my order take to deliver?
Items in stock are usually shipped within 1-5 business days via UPS or USPS insured (even quicker during the holidays). Items not in stock may take longer & you will be notified immediately via email if an item is on backorder and will be given an approximate ship date. At any time you may check the status of your order online here (click here). If your item requires sizing, please allow extra delivery time for them.

Can I get my order any quicker?
Yes, any in stock item may be shipped express delivery for an additional charge. Please select your option during checkout. If you're in a rush, please make sure to contact us to see if the item is in stock. If you choose express delivery & your item is not in stock, you will be notified promptly via email & your order will be changed to standard delivery.

Can I get an item in an option other than shown?
Many times we have other sizes available but not listed. When we don't, we may be able to special order the item for you (special order terms may apply - please inquire). The same goes for switching stones or colors on certain items.

What are omega backs?
Omega back earrings come with post and clips. Most of the time the posts can be converted so that the earrings can be worn as clip only (a nominal fee may be charged).

How much do you charge for shipping and sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for shipments going to NJ (6.875%). We do not charge sales tax for any other state. There are additional charges to ship outside the U.S. and to express ship orders. What are the general guidelines on shipments going to canada?
  • Canadian duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to Canada are established by Canadian Customs & we are not responsible.
  • Anything over $20.00 CAD (including gifts) might be subject to Customs fees
  • At this time, we only ship USPS to Canada
  • Taxes, PST & GST, will vary based on the province to which the items are shipped
  • On occasion shipments going to Canada get held up in customs and may take several weeks to clear out and get delivered - please be patient as your shipment will arrive in due time.

Is it too late to make changes to my order?
In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed. What if the item I received is incorrect or damaged?
Every effort is made in certifying your jewelry is mailed in immpeccable condition. If however, an item is damaged in route to you, please call our customer service department at 1800-269-4637. We would be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if available) or a credit (if necessary). Plesae remember all of our packages ship out insured so your shipment is covered against theft, loss or damage.

What else do I need to know about promotions?
Promotions, discounts and promotional or coupon codes (collectively "Promotions") are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated. One time use Promotions must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions. Promotions do not apply to gift certificates, gift-wrapping, shipping, applicable taxes or duties or similar services. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted. Free shipping promotions are valid for U.S. standard ground shipping within the 50 United States. For promotions requiring a minimum order size, charges for gift-wrapping, shipping, applicable taxes and duties, and credits from gift certificates do not count towards the minimum order size requirement. For promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.
